Our autumn retail operating hours are as follows:

Thursday 10:00 - 3:00
Friday 10:00 - 3:00
Saturday 10:00 - 4:00
Sunday 10:00 - 4:00

 

If you would like me to open on another day if you are making your way to Pialligo, I would be more than happy to accomodate you if I am able to. Please don't hesitate to contact us.

What are the national postage costs & delivery times?

All national deliveries have a flat rate of $5.50 postage unless your item is smaller than standard, such as hair accessories, you will be charged at the lesser rate. For bulkier items, for example floor lamps, a quote will be provided based on the destination.  On receipt of payment, your package will be shipped via Australia post standard delivery, unless otherwised requested. The delivery times are as follows:

 

Canberra: 3-5 Business Day
Northern Territory:   
6-7 Business Days
NSW: 3-5 Business Days
Queensland: 3-5 Business Days
South Australia: 3-5 Business Days
Tasmania: 4-6 Business Days
Victoria: 3-5  Business Days

Express Post within Australia is charged at a flat rate of $11.00.  This excludes bulky items such a a lamp.  A quote for bulky items will be based on the destination.

 

We offer International Shipping to New Zealand.   This is charged at a flat rate of $19.90 and also excludes bulky items.

 

Payment Options?

 

We currently offer PayPal and direct bank deposit as payment options.

After you have selected your items and placed them in your cart, you will be offered these payment options.

You can set up a PayPal account if you do not currently have one.  It is a secure way to make payments online.

For direct deposit you will receive an email confirming your purchase and a separate email confirming our banking details.  You will be requested to deposit the monies into our bank account within a few days of the purchase.  Your order will be shipped once this money has been received.

Do you exchange or refund?

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we encourage you to get in contact with us.

We know it’s challenging to find the right size for your children and we give you as much information as we possibly can so you can make the right choice – but if for some reason your garment doesn’t fit, no problem, you can send it back  in it's original condition with tags attached and unworn within 7 days of purchase.

Should we not have a style or size available in stock, we can provide a refund or store credit.

Do you gift wrap?

We love gift wrapping!  We use recycled paper with gorgeous bright and bold ribbons and bows. And what's more - we do it all for free!

Can you do gift packages?

Yes, we would be delighted to custom make a package for a special occasion or gift. Please contact us to discuss your budget & requirements and we will arrange something for you.

Do you make to order?

As we have over 20 women hand making clothing and accessories for MissChief Maker, we would  be happy to contact any of them if there is something you have seen and would like it in a different size or colour.  Please contact us and we will endeavour to assist you and your request.

Do you buy pre-loved clothing?

Yes, we are constantly searching for good quality pre-loved clothing. It must be clean, free of marks and tears.

For what ages of pre-loved clothing do you buy?

We buy boys and girls 1 to 8 years.

What sort of clothing are you looking for?

We are constantly looking for good quality and brands of girls dresses, and skirts, boys shorts and shirts for summer (will take stock for summer from August to January) and girls winter dresses, cardigans and jackets and boys long sleeved shirts, jumpers, jackets and pants (will take stock for winter from February to June).

What do you pay for pre-loved clothing?

Depending on the quality and condition of the clothing, for single piece items we pay approximately one-third of the sale price. For example, if MissChief Maker prices a dress for $12, we will provide the seller with $4-$5 for the item.   We are currently providing a store credit for pre-loved clothing.  We may consider providing cash under certain circumstances.

For bulk clothing lots, we will assess the clothing and provide a price of which you can take or decline.

How do I get my clothing to you?

If you are interstate, you may email photographs, close-ups and full length of item with complete description of size & brand to kate@misschiefmaker.com.au or if you live in Canberra, please visit the shop between Thurs-Sund, or contact Kate to arrange a visit to your home if preferrable.
