1. The $30 entry fee will be donated to the Newborn Intensive Care Foundation
2. The beanie in the photograph must be a beanie purchased from MissChief Maker
3. A child that turns up without a beanie as defined in point 2. will not be entitled to enter the competition. The $30 entry fee will be donated to Newborn Intensive Care Foundation without a photographic session.
4. As the legal guardian or parent of the entrant you are giving permission for these images to be available in a public forum online and for the images to be used for any post-competition publicity required and agrees for their baby's image to be used by Snowgum Studio or MissChief Maker to publicise this competition, and any other promotional literature.
5. The closing date for the competition is Wednesday 30 June 2010 with the last day for voting on Sunday 18 July 2010
6. Each photographic session is 10 minutes. A single booking of $30 entry represents one session. You are entilted to enter multiple children but they must appear in the same photo if only one session is booked and paid for.
7. Your 'baby' must be between 0-5 years old (inclusive) when their photograph is taken.
8. All photos entered into the competition will be taken by Snowgum Studio on the following dates and locations:-
At MissChief Maker in Rodney’s Nursery, Pialligo Sunday 30 May, Sunday 13 June, Sunday 20 June, Sunday 27 June between 10:00 am and 1:00 pm OR at Snowgum Studio, 8239 Monaro Hwy Williamsdale, Wednesday 9 June, Wednesday 16 June, Wednesday 23 June, Wednesday 30 June between 10:00 am and 1:00 pm
9. Sessions will be 10 minutes each and bookings are essential.
10. You will be required to be ready for your photo shoot at the time of the booking. It is advisable to arrive at least 10-15m inutes before your booked time so that your child can become comfortable with their surroundings.
11. Entrants without a confirmed and paid booking will not be accepted on the day.
12. Copyright for all of the images remains the property of Snowgum Studio.
13. No cameras or recording devices are permitted during the portrait session.
14. You must be the baby's parent, or legal guardian, or have the permission of the parent, or legal guardian to enter the competition.
14. Photos will be posted online for voting by the public at www.misschiefmaker.com.au and www.snowgumstuido.com.au Images will be posted to these sites on the following dates:
* Week 1 photo sessions: Sunday 6 June & Wednesday 9 June will be available for voting between Saturday 12 June - Thursday 17 June 5pm EST
* Week 2 photo sessions: Sunday 13 June & Wednesday 16 June will be available for voting between Saturday 19 June - Thursday 24 June 5pm EST
* Week 3 photo sessions: Sunday 20 June & Wednesday 23 June will be available for voting between Saturday 26 June - Thursday 1 July 5pm EST
* Week 4 photo sessions: Sunday 27 June & Wednesday 30 June will be available for voting between Saturday 3 July - Thursday 9 July 5pm EST
15. Only one vote per person* will be accepted.
16. The 4 'babies' with the highest number of online votes combined from both websites, MissChief Maker and Snowgum Studio, from each week will make the final (total of 16 babies).
17. The 16 finalists will be available for a public online vote to decide on the final 2. This vote will be available online on both MissChief Maker and Snowgum Studio from Sunday 11th July to Sunday 18th July. For 8 days only.
18. The final 16 will be printed in Canberra Weekly Magazine, Monday 12th July edition.
19. The final winner will be decided by a panel of judges, Peter Cursley (Newborn Intensive Care Foundation Chairman), Julie Samaras (Editor Canberra Weekly), Leonie Keogh (Snowgum Studio), Katie Dawson (MissChief Maker), final judge TBC.
20. The decision is final and no correspondance will be entered into.
21. The winner will be announced on Sunday 25th July at the Presentation Ceremony at 24 Beltana Road, Pialligo from 1:00pm.
22. There is one first prize and 1 runners-up prize to be won.
23. Your child's behaviour on the day will not be the responsibility of the photographer. If another session needs to be booked, it will have to be re-booked and paid for on an available date online at MissChief Maker.
24. The image selected for voting is at the discretion of the photographer and this will be the image that is printed for you for collection at the Presentation Ceremony,
25. The printed image will be available for collection from MissChief Maker from 25/7/2010 to 25/8/2010. MissChief Maker is open Thurs-Friday 10am - 3pm and Sat-Sun 10am - 4pm. Images not collected will be discarded post 25/8/2010.
